Make the boundaries visible
A multi-party engagement needs a clear account of who designs, who implements, who approves and who operates. Documenting these boundaries early makes coordination more practical.
Ask for evidence
Evaluate relevant capabilities using evidence that can be reviewed for the particular engagement. A general partnership label is not a substitute for an agreed statement of work.
Plan the handover
Describe the required documentation, training, support access and acceptance process before delivery begins. Operational ownership should not be discovered at the end of the project.
This is a general planning perspective. Specific requirements, constraints and suitability should be reviewed for your engagement.
